4. Payment and Fees

5. Refund Policy

At TaxTopria, we strive to ensure client satisfaction. Below are the refund terms for each Offering:

Services: Eligible for a refund of fees within 14 days of purchase if no substantive work has commenced. If work has begun, you may request a partial refund prorated based on time and effort invested. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule the Service at no additional fee. Services expressly involving personalized filings (e.g., final submission) are non-refundable once complete due to regulatory requirements; this ensures compliance integrity.
Info Products: Refund requests accepted within 7 days of purchase if less than one-quarter of the material has been accessed. To request, contact support with proof of access. After this period or usage, no refunds will be issued as content is instantly available upon purchase.
Goods: Physical goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a refund. Shipping costs associated with sending the item back are the user's responsibility unless the item is defective. Defective items will be replaced at no extra fee or refunded upon receipt of proof of defect.

6. Rescheduling Services

Clients may reschedule Services up to 48 hours before the appointment at no extra fee. Requests made less than 48 hours prior may incur a delay fee. Non-attendance without notice may forfeit eligibility for a refund.

7. User Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate information necessary for performance of Services. Failure to do so may suspend or cancel Offerings without entitlement to a refund.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at TaxTopria.com and take effect upon posting.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
